Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
We process order on the same day except National Holidays and Sunday. Cut off time to process order is 3 PM. Order placed post 3 PM will be processed next day.
Shipping Options:
We are shipping through Shiprocket and we are working with several other providers to make delivery quick and smooth for our dear customers.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are included in our prices except wherever mentioned. Please do check our product page during check out.
Tracking Information:
You will receive order tracking updates once Order is processed till you successfully receive order in hand.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Unconditional return/replacement/refund is applicable within 8 days if Product has any manufacturing defect.
- Perfectly working product is not eligible for returns.
- Damaged products are eligible for returns. You need to provide pictures and share at our email id – connect@millionhz.com
- Please ensure you do not accept damaged or opened or tampered package at the time of delivery.
Return Methods:
- You may return damaged or opened or tampered package at the time of delivery only.
- You can also initiate return by sending us an email on connect@millionhz.com and you can courier us back at the registered address.
- We process returns and refunds on the same day of receiving product except National Holidays and Sunday.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method without any extra cost deduction.
- Warranty claims post 8 days are not eligible for refund. We will replace your product.
Currently we only shipping in India. Please stay tuned and soon we will start international shipping.
Payments
We accept payment through fully trusted Razorpay payment gateway. We accept all major Credit & Debit cards and Netbanking.
We do accept International Cards. Some of the International Cards may be restricted as per Razorpay policy.
All the applicable taxes are included in the Product MRP.
